All Tour Terms and Conditions

Bookings are subject to auto-cancellation if payment is not received by the due date, extra cost may apply to reinstate bookings. $200 deposits are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Please Note: If any tour participant decides to cancel within 2 weeks prior to commencement date of the tour. Unfortunately no refund will be returned. If any tour participant decides to cancel within 4 weeks outside the 2 weeks non-refund commencement date of the tour. A calculated part payment will be refunded.

Tour balance payment must be received by its due date to avoid disappointment.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Please contact your doctor about any vaccinations you may require for travel into Thailand.

No responsibillity will be taken by John Dunphy's Thailand Getaway Golf Tours for any illness, accident, loss or damage to personal property or damaged caused to any property while on tour.

Amendment penalties apply should you decide to change your travel arrangements after confirmation.

We reserve the rights to amend travel itinerary, hotels and other arrangements in circumstance beyond our control.

Please Note: Transfers from Airport to Hotel and return will be available for group transfers only on commencement date of tour and conclusion date for 8 or more participants. Participants who travel outside the commencement and conclusion dates of the tour will be responsible for their own transfer cost.

All passengers departing for international destinations require passports with 6 months validity. Also, certain visa and health requirements apply. Non-Australian holders require a re-entry permit. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they have the proper documentation prior to departure.

Please Note. If you decide to miss any golf days for any reason, unfortunately there will be no refund.

Mixed tour transfers all included in tour price Airport to Hotel and Return and Golf days. Any sight seeing transfers will be at your own cost.
