A $200 non-refundable deposit is payable on booking your tour.

For the August 2026 tour, full payment due on or before the 12th June 2026 . To avoid disappointment, the tour payment must be received by the due date.

Upcoming Tour Dates

August 2026 tour

Depart Sydney (Thai Airways TG 476) at 10:00AM on Tuesday morning the 11th of August 2026 for those who will be departing from Sydney. Please meet Airport by 7-7:30am.
Depart Bangkok (Thai Airways TG471) at 10:20pm on Sunday evening the 23rd of August 2026 (pick-up time to be advised) for those who will be returning to Sydney. Arrive Sydney next morning at approximately 10:30am.

A $400 booking deposit per couple, $200 booking deposit for single bookings - non-refundable booking deposit is payable on booking.

For the March 2027 tour, full payment due on or before the 11th February 2027. To avoid disappointment, the tour balance payment must be received by the due date.

Upcoming Tour Dates

March 2027 Mixed Tour

Flying Thai Airways TG476 on Thursday 18th March 2027 depart 11:00am (daylight saving time) arrive in Bangkok at 4:20pm (same day) for those participants departing from Sydney and returning to Sydney. Please meet Thai check-in between 7/7:30am for our 11:00am departure.

For those flying from other states, please let me your flight details. If your flight doesn't match up with the arrival time into Bangkok for those flying Thai Airways from Sydney. I will arrange your transfer to Wannara Hotel Hua Hin, please email me your details. Thank you.

Depart Bangkok on Sunday evening 28th March 2027 at 10:20pm on Thai Airways TG471 (for those returning to Sydney) arrive Sydney next morning at approximately 11:30am (daylight saving time). For other states could you please email me your return flight details. Thank you.

Mixed tour transfers all included in tour price Airport to Hotel and Return and Golf days. Any sight seeing transfers will be at your own cost.
